Why Food & Fitness

two_apples.jpgBeing healthy has two basic principles: healthy eating; and exercise. It may sound so simple, but not for millions of men, women and children around the world who struggle with obesity.

Today, more than ever, cases of obesity are coming from younger segments of the population. Indeed it is an epidemic that is silently, comfortably threatening the youth. It is, therefore, important to raise awareness on healthy eating and fitness early on.
