Give Little Food to Kids

31.jpg

Kids eat less because they have smaller stomachs. So avoid giving them three large meals a day. It would be best if you spread the meals to five or six portions to prevent overeating. For example, give them cereals in the morning, then three hours later serve them banana and graham crackers, then three hours later feed them an orange with carrots, and so on.

Also refrain from giving your kids sugary foods like cakes, pastries or soft drinks. Give them nutritious meals like fruits and vegetables to make them healthy and strong. If they refuse, do not easily give up as it will take some time for children to try something new especially if they have been accustomed to their old ways.
