Obesity is the state of being overweight. It is a serious condition which can lead to heart disease (high blood pressure and high cholesterol), type two diabetes, sleeping problems, and asthma. Not to mention the psychological effects such as low self-esteem that may result to depression.
There is a rise in obesity for the children in the U.S. In fact according to the Center for Disease Control, the number of obese children has already tripled for the past 30 years. As a parent, don’t let this happen to your child. You have to watch their diet and allow them to participate in more exercise or activity that will burn fat in their body.
