History
Even during the pre-historic times, healthy eating and physical fitness always came hand in hand. Nomadic lifestyles required early man to be constantly on the go - hunting for food and water, walking long miles on all kinds of terrain. Diet consisted mostly of lean game meat, grains, fruits and vegetables.
With the dawning of the Neolithic Age, lifestyle became more agrarian, and hunting was lessened. Modern developments led to sedentary lifestyles. And this trend continues to this day.
