Celebrity Weight Loss

A bit of weight gain can be hard specially for celebrities. They are the easy target on tabloids and talk shows when they turn “fat” This of course is the result of how the media portrays what a “beautiful” person should be. This year, there are some stars that have added some lbs which made them the talk of the town. Here’s a list of the most controversial weight gain and loss in Hollywood for 2012.

1. Jessica Simpson- The singer gained a lot of weight when she had her first pregnancy. She then joined Weight Watchers and has since lost 60 pounds and is now looking healthier than ever.

2. Seth Rogen– The comedian lost 30 pounds in nine months through working out with famous celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.

3. Hilary Duff- Famous singer/actress also had her first baby lost the weight by getting back to the gym twice a week and it has payed off since she is on her way back to her size 26 jeans.

4. Sara Rue–  The actress has battled with weight for a long time until she joined Jenny Craig weight loss program. She is now looking hot and has lost a total of 50 lbs.
