Staying Motivated to Exercise (Part 1)

nullThe hardest part of exercising is staying motivated to do it over and over again. It is therefore important to know of a few things that will inspire you to keep that body moving. Take little baby steps and soon enough, your exercise routine will become a habit that you could never live without.

Here are suggestions for you to do:
1. Commit to writing your short and long term goals. Share it with a spouse or a friend. By announcing it, you will most likely take action to honor that commitment. It is better than just thinking about it all alone.
