Here are some more tips to motivate you to exercise:
5. Skip the weighing scale for your progress monitoring. Most of the time depression will hit you if you see that there is a meager difference from where you are now compared to where you started. There are so many things that add to a person’s weight aside from fat. There are also lean muscles, water, etc. In fact muscle normally weighs more than fat if you are the type of person who sees things in a logical point of view.
The best measure of your progress is feeling good and looking better in your clothes. You’ve got to focus more on losing fat than losing weight.
