Here are some more tips to motivate you to exercise:
6. Educating yourself in health and fitness by doing researches in a book store or library is a good thing to do. The most convenient tool is surfing the internet. The more that you know about being fit and staying healthy, the more you will be fired up to stay true to your goal.
7. Reward yourself upon being faithful and consistently following your routine after one or two months. You can go out with your friend, catch a good movie with your special someone, buy a gift for yourself, etc. What’s important is that you gave yourself a celebration to appreciate all your hard work.
