Try to stay positive as much as possible and always remember the great feeling that you have after exercising. If you want to remain motivated, keep track of your progress and see how much you have really improved. Keep a diary or log to check the areas where you need to further focus on. Make your exercise routine a part of your healthy lifestyle and not just another stage in your life that you have to finish right away.
Your winning attitude will be the key to success. There is no easy path in staying fit and healthy. Having a regular discipline to exercise is the best way that you can ensure a benefit in your overall health, reduction of your stress and prevention of diseases.
