Myth: Avoiding fast foods and skipping meals will surely result to weight loss.

Fact: The secret is eat the proper portions – fast foods with high fat or calorie content should be limited, but not totally removed from the diet, especially if you have been used to it. Depriving yourself of the “sinful” foods will eventually cause you to overeat once you get the chance to “eat freely”. Starving yourself will also result to overeating. Munching small portions of food at different times of the day is more advisable, making sure you are getting proper nutrition, and avoiding the possibility of overeating.
